My name is Raquelle Chambliss and I am a Sophomore here at the University of South Alabama where I am studying Secondary Education with a focus in English/Language Arts.I was born in Saranac Lake, NY. I lived there for two years and then ventured down south to Alexandria, LA where I lived there for seven years. I currently reside in Mobile, AL with my family, My mom, dad, and my 3 brothers. I enjoy hanging out with friends, learning, exercising, and playing sports. I want to be an educator because I enjoy taking charge and being a leader. I feel as though I display leadership skills that are helpful in a classroom setting and in the school as a Principal.

An educator teaches students what they need to know for the future. An educator is understanding to the needs of the students.  An educator needs to be caring and easy to work with. My passions include learning and teaching. I enjoy learning new things and sharing the new things I learn with other people. I can not wait to start my teaching career so that I may positively mold the minds of young children!
